By using MemoryBox you agree to the terms below. They are short on purpose.
What MemoryBox is
A service that interviews you, captures your voice and stories, and lets the people you designate talk with your avatar — during your life, and after.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for what you upload.
Trial and billing
First 7 days are free, no card needed. After that, €5 / month. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What you upload
Only upload material you have the right to share. Don't upload illegal content. We may remove content that violates law or these terms.
After you are gone
Heirs you designated can access your avatar with the one-time key you gave them. Without a key, no one — including us — can speak as you.
Liability
MemoryBox is provided as-is. We make best efforts to keep your data safe, but we are not liable for losses beyond what was paid to us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will email you at least 30 days in advance.
